Sister Circle

Something happens when sisters gather in a circle & share what’s really going on inside their hearts, minds & souls.

When a sister accepts & believes she has the permission to open up, dig deep, and courageously share her truth, she taps into a world of wisdom inside of herself. Her heart becomes lighter and fuller at the same time.

She feels relief as the fear that she has held onto for comfort, security or unknown reason, begins to release through her breaths, sighs, and often tears.

Surrounded by the loving attention and trusting presence of sisters, she is given a golden key to reach inside & unlock her own potential.

Sisters join a circle for so many reasons:

💛 to find a place of belonging

A circle is a place where a sister can literally 'let go'; of shame, humility, pain & judgement.

In joining a circle, a sister will learn to see with calm & loving insight, her own past, hurt, choices. In doing so she is able to take responsibility for it, understand it & work with it.

In joining a sister circle she will learn of compassion for herself and another:

A circle honors the process of each sister present, and we encourage each sister to trust her own wisdom and ability to build & journey through her own life - she knows herself best: The answers & healing tools she seeks, are all held within.

A circle is sacred space where sisters have time out of their daily routine to go inside & uncover what is best for her - no sister will follow the same pathway. 

Through healing & the power of sisterhood, the sister becomes her own:

As she uncovers her power, she then begins her own healing process.

She will learn to accept how she is already whole.

The Sister Sanctuary believes that a circle brings women to each other to recognise the beauty, wisdom, power, and self worth.

With a sister's love, our world & the world around us becomes a better, more peaceful place.
